Finding Her Way Home (Redemption River series book 1) by Linda Goodnight Christian contemporary romance. Sorting through my books, I re-read this book to decide if I wanted to keep the series. It's a keeper.
The Wedding Garden (Redemption River series book 2) by Linda Goodnight Christian contemporary romance. I read this series a decade ago and liked it well enough to keep it. Still a keeper.
This isn't music; it's ambient sound. Calmed by Nature created this 8-hour video of rain and a fire in a fireplace in a Cozy Reading Nook. I love the room, but I especially love the dog curled in front of the fire.
Perhaps my biggest stumbling block is trying to make the story as good as possible. Unfortunately, it doesn't take much to morph into trying to make the story as perfect as possible. Perfect becomes an insurmountable brick wall with no way over, around, or under. Perfection belongs to God. I must step back and remind myself that God is only asking for my best, which means flaws will be present but the story will still be beautiful and acceptable to Him.

And they gave them drink in vessels of gold, (the vessels being diverse one from another,) and royal wine in abundance, according to the state f the king. And the drinking was according to the law; none did compel" for so the king had appointed to all the officers of his house, that they should do according to every man's pleasure.
