Due to legislation passed in Europe, bloggers in the US could be fined large amounts if they don’t make their privacy policy clear.
Definintion of GDPR: The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) seeks to create a data protection law framework across the EU and aims to give back to data users, control of their personal data, while imposing strict rules on those hosting and processing this data, anywhere in the world.
Personal Identification Information
The Blog may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit the Blog, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources made available on the Blog.
